The Gloria house is a prefabricated house made of light steel / metal structure designed with a load-bearing system and connected by bolts and nuts. This house is manufactured with a system of panels adapted to the size of the rooms.

Due to its structure, this house is resistant to different climates (particularly in seismic zones).

In addition, the Gloria house offers significant thermal and sound insulation thanks to the cemented chipboard panels called betopan from which the walls are made.

The structure is also resistant to water damage and insects.

Thanks to their flat surfaces, interior and exterior walls can be painted and personalized .

The Gloria house has fiber cement panels and slabs for the exterior. These elements can be customized independently of each other.

The manufacturing and assembly of prefabricated houses can be done in all regions, regardless of the particularities of the land. It is the customer's responsibility to meet the requirements of the construction of prefabricated houses. The customer is responsible for ensuring a flat land, a usable electricity supply for the site, and ease of transport to the site. The electricity problem can be solved with a generator, and transport difficulties can be solved using a tractor, for example. These conditions allow our company to properly assemble the house on site. Otherwise, the work times will be extended at the customer's expense.
